About
I connect the teams behind complex product experiences
I’m Jeffrey, a Design Program Manager who works in the space between teams.
I don’t design every screen or write the code behind the experience. I help the people who do those things work as one system.
I connect Product, Design, Research, Engineering, Operations, and other partners around the work that matters, helping ideas move from early thinking to something real.
I like the messy middle: where priorities shift, constraints surface, decisions need to be made, and different teams have to stay connected without losing the original intent.
Today, I do that at Peacock. The work itself is universal: helping complex organizations turn good ideas into products and experiences people can actually use.

What I'm good at
- Creating shared understanding. Getting multidisciplinary teams aligned on what we're solving, why it matters, who owns what, and what has to happen next.
- Orchestrating complex delivery. Connecting Product, Design, Research, Engineering, Metadata, Tooling, and Operations across the lifecycle of an initiative.
- Turning ambiguity into a plan. Giving loosely defined problems enough structure to move without creating unnecessary bureaucracy.
- Protecting context. Making sure decisions, constraints, and intent survive the meeting in which they were discussed.

Where I want to go
I'm focused on growing into larger Design Program Management, Product Operations, and Product Enablement roles where I can work across complex organizations and help multidisciplinary teams move together.
I'm especially interested in environments where ambitious product ideas depend on strong collaboration between Product, Design, Research, Engineering, and Operations.
I want to keep doing the work I enjoy most: bringing structure to ambiguity, creating shared understanding across teams, and helping ideas survive the complicated journey from concept to customer.
