What I did
- Audited recurring design workflows to identify high volume, low complexity tasks suitable for AI assistance.
- Coordinated the introduction of AI tools for research synthesis, content generation, and design exploration, with clear usage guardrails.
- Organized team training and documentation to make adoption accessible and consistent across skill levels.
- Partnered with design leadership to define when and how AI should support, not replace, creative decision making: AI assistance, creative judgment, and human review.
Outcome
- Identified repeatable research, content, and exploration tasks where AI assistance could reduce manual work without replacing design judgment.
- Established reusable guidance and review guardrails, giving designers a more consistent way to evaluate AI assisted output.
- Created training and documentation that made adoption easier across varying levels of AI experience.
